We want you to love The Laundry Fish. If you do not see less pet hair on your clothes, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order.

How to ask for a refund

1. Send us a message through our contact page with your order number.
2. Tell us briefly what did not work for you — it helps us improve.
3. We will confirm your refund by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you.
